This benchtop sandblaster cabinet is affordable and keeps sand blasting power high with a small footprint. A key feature is a trigger sandblast gun that delivers 14 CFM at 80-100 PSI. Next, the cabinet material is thick rotationally molded polyethylene. Because of this detail, the unit has no seams. As a result there are no leaks! The cabinet also features an expanded steel grate that support parts during use. Additionally, the grate allows debris and media to fall to the bottom of the cabinet.
The Best Benchtop Sandblaster
What makes us so confident in that statement? First, we keep the unit affordable and still pack it with high quality features.
Rubber sandblast gloves give the user a comfortable working environment during use. Additionally, we include a large 20″ x 16″ clear acrylic view hinged window with mylar protection to prolong window life. Next, the small benchtop sand blaster features a safety valve to prevent blaster operation if the window is left open. Finally, when it comes to adding abrasive media, this cabinet is easy to fill, easy to empty, and easy to use.
The small benchtop sandblaster includes a standard light bulb socket. This gives the user flexibility on choosing LED, CFL, or incandescent lighting. As a result you can fine tune your working environment to your specifications.
The easy open hinged acrylic lid features a protective sheet that slows the wear on the inside of the lid. This helps keep the lid material from frosting and maintains visibility inside the cabinet.
Tabletop Sandblaster – Fully Assembled & Made in USA

Many competitive benchtop sandblasters arrive in parts. As a result, you may spend hours bolting the unit together. This also means there may be abrasive media leaks during use. This can be hazardous. Our E-100 comes fully assembled and ready to blast.
What to expect:
When the unit arrives, it is a very easy and straightforward process to get to work. Below is a short YouTube video showing the simple process. The customer should have the standard but of their choice (LED/CFL/Incandescent), a 1/2″ NTP port for connecting the air supply to their compressor, and the abrasive media for your project. You will also need an electrical outlet near the cabinet to supply power to the light. We recommend a sandblasting dust collector as well. A dust collector improves visibility inside your cabinet. A small shop style vacuum can perform this and save you money. Ensure to properly filter any vacuum you use and always follow proper safety procedures. Never use sand in your blasting projects – Silicosis is a real risk and very dangerous to your health. Your safety is ultimately your own responsibility!
